By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, broken parts, or mechanical/electrical issues. Customers must remove personal belongings before service, as we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. While we use professional-grade products and techniques, certain stains, odors, pet hair, or damage may not be completely removable. Additional charges may apply for vehicles in extreme condition such as excessive dirt, pet hair, spills, or biohazards. Service availability may also be affected by weather, location, or unsafe working conditions.
